During my tenure as the Strategy & Finance Manager at The Heron Practice and GP Practice Manager at AT Medics, I showcased my adept financial analysis skills. I offered expert advice to facilitate informed decision-making within regulatory compliance and financial management realms. Notably, I surpassed targets such as achieving a 65% flu vaccination rate for patients over 65, 100% attainment for high risk drug monitoring as well as 100% attainment for learning disability health checks and targeted a 20% overall profit margin. These experiences have honed my ability to navigate the complex landscape of healthcare, ensuring a delicate balance between financial sustainability and superior patient care.
